Tikariha Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to handle inbound and outbound leads through calls. The role focuses on connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and scheduling consultations for our advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and follow up on inquiries
- Handle inbound calls and provide basic information about services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with advisors
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with advisory and sales teams for smooth handovers
